Cooking Matters and Shopping Matters volunteers are sharing their strengths nationwide to empower families with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to make the most of the resources they have to feed their families. As a volunteer there are some key behaviors and actions that you can do each Cooking Matters class and Shopping Matters tour to help make the experience as meaningful as possible for the participants.
