Host a non-perishable food or utensil drive

Provide class groceries and cooking equipment for our participants. Download a list of requested foods and materials for your drive here. Contact cookingmattersma@strength.org for fliers and any additional support or assistance you need to make your drive a success!

Become an advocate

Advocate for Cooking Matters and the low-income families we serve. Learn how policy affects families and our program and learn how you can be a voice for hunger in your community.  Follow us on Twitter and friend us on Facebook to keep up-to-date about new action alerts. Email Patti at pwilder@strength.org to receive occasional email updates about advocacy opportunities.

Organize a donations drive with your coworkers, friends or communities.

Let us know when you want to do a drive and we can provide informational resources, flyers, marketing tools, and other support.  If you work with us in advance, a Cooking Matters staff member may be able to come and speak with your group about our organization or prepare some Cooking Matters recipes. Contact cookingmattersma@strength.org for more information.
